Unless specified all goods are hired for 1 day and are charged whether used or not.
Installation and setup of equipment plus public liability insurance is included in the hire price.
The hire charges published in any of the company’s printed or digital material are for guidance only and do not constitute an offer.
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
We aim to deliver 1-3 days before the hire date and collect 1-3 days after. These timings may change due to the weather and other events out of our control.
Booking & Payment:
A 30% deposit confirms the order, the balance is payable 90 days before the hire date.
If the booking is within 90 days of the hire date the full hire charge will be required to confirm the order.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, credit or debit card.
Transport charges consider fuel, weight of items, access and crew wages in transit.
Additional days rental charged at 15% daily rate, excludes setup and collection days.
Concrete installation is an extra 10% of the marquee hire rate.
All bank holiday orders will incur an extra 10% of the total hire rate.
Damage Waiver & Insurance:
A 6% damage waiver fee is included with all bookings, however, if the client chooses to take out insurance (in the clients name) covering all equipment during the period of hire, the company will remove the damage waiver fee. A total replacement value of the equipment will be shown on the invoice.
