Hire Charges:
Unless specified all goods are hired for 1 day and are charged whether used or not.
Installation and setup of equipment plus public liability insurance is included in the hire price.
The hire charges published in any of the company’s printed or digital material are for guidance only and do not constitute an offer.
Taxes:
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Setup:
We aim to deliver 1-3 days before the hire date and collect 1-3 days after.
These timings may change due to the weather and other events out of our control.
Booking & Payment:
A 40% deposit confirms the order, the balance is payable 60 days before the hire date.
If the booking is within 60 days of the hire date the full hire charge will be required to confirm the order.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, credit or debit card.
Additional Charges:
A delivery charge of £8 per mile (one way) will be added to your order.
Additional days rental charged at 15% daily rate, excludes setup and collection days.
Terms:
The client agrees to our terms and conditions before placing any order.
A full copy of the Hire Agreement is available on the planning page and will also be included with your invoice.
