Established in 2004 Devon Party Marquees has provided a unique and stylish marquee hire service across the South West. We are a family run business that was started and is still operated by Adrian Rodgers.
From your initial enquiry to setup and collection we pride ourselves on offering a step by step friendly and personal service. We are great at adapting to change and offer a flexible business designed to meet the expectations of modern event planning.
Our marquees are used for a variety of events including weddings, parties, festivals, county shows and corporate days. We can also supply dance floors, furniture, lighting, power, toilets and any number of accessories from catering tents to rattan furniture, bars and bell tents.
Devon Party Marquees not only covers Devon, we now operate throughout the West Country, which includes marquee hire in Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset.

Our Booking Process
To get things started we will send you our e-brochure on the style of marquee that you are interested in, along with layout examples, accessory options and a guide on pricing.
Once you are ready, give us a call to arrange a site visit. We will meet with you to assess the site, measure and chat through all the marquee options. Following this meeting, we will send you a full estimate on the options discussed.
Once you are happy to proceed we will send a contract, itemising everything for your event. On receipt of your signed contract and a 25% deposit payment, your booking is fully confirmed!
We send a final invoice and ask that payment is made 60 days prior to the setup of your marquee.
We will deliver 1-3 days before the hire date, and collect 1-2 days after. Due to the weather and other bookings we can not provide a specific delivery/collection day and time until 5 days before the hire date.
The marquee season operates between April to September. We still hire furniture, dance floors and other accessories all year round!
Devon Party Marquees is based in South Devon between the market towns of Totnes and Newton Abbot. Over the years our service and reputation has grown and we now operate throughout the South West covering Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset.
These marquees are meant to go on grass and it should be flat and level. We can sometimes go on hard surfaces but you do need to let us know what type of surface it is.

Delivery is FREE within 10 miles of our postcode TQ12 5UQ. Over 10 miles and delivery is calculated on the size of the order and travelling time.
No we normally deliver 1-3 days before the hire period, and collect 1-2 days after. We can not provide a specific delivery date and time until 5 days before the hire date.
Yes, we provide a set of window and solid walls for each type of marquee.
A non-refundable deposit of a designated sum (normally 25%) confirms the booking, the balance is payable 60 days before the hire date. If the value of the order is under 400 GBP the total amount will be payable on booking, regardless of how far in advance the order was made.
No. Installation and dismantling of the marquee(s) and equipment is included.
Yes you do. We ask that the hirer agrees to take out appropriate insurance for our equipment during the period of hire. This must include insurance against cancellation, damage and loss. We will provide a total sum of all equipment whilst on hire for your insurers.
