The numbers indicated for seating and standing are the maximum that you can accommodate within the party marquee. If you need to add a dance floor or such items as buffet/bar tables etc, you will have to consider another marquee size. The modular design of the marquee means we can join together and create much larger and interesting structures. If you have already measured the area please allow an extra 2ft for the length and width of the marquee(s) of your choice.

Matting
We use a natural brown colour. The matting not only adds to the visual appearance of the marquee but also helps to contain rubbish and provide a firm support for the tables and chairs.

Coloured Swags
Add some colour to your marquee. The swags are suspended from the centre of the marquee and drape down to each corner. The Swags are only available with the 28x38ft & 28x28ft size.

Power/Electrical
Supplying enough power is essential. Depending on the size of your event, the 63A or 32A distribution board will safely supply power to the marquee. We will help to calculate your power needs and advise on which board is suitable. Each board can connect to either the mains supply or a generator. Please note: If the distribution board is to be connected to the mains supply then it is the hirers responsibility to organise connection by a qualified electrician. If the distribution board is to be connected to a generator then a qualified electrician will not be needed as we can connect.

PA System Suitable for speeches and playing background music only. This is not to be used as a full sound system playing loud music. Bell Tent
When hiring one of our marquees for an event which involves camping why not do it in style with our 4m Bell Tent. Ideal for your wedding night or a surprise present. We will set it up to sleep two on luxury hand made mattresses from Naturalmat (please bring your own bedding), Hand Painted Indian Tables, Double Tea Light Chandelier and other LED lights. The tent already has a thick ground sheet but for added comfort we are supplying an extra layer of coir matting and some colourful rugs. Also supplied will be a portable BOSE speaker ready to connect to your iPod, iPhone, MP3 etc and a battery pack with emergency light and 13a socket so you can charge your mobile phone. This is new and not on the booking form so please ask directly for further details.

Delivery (First 20 miles FREE)
Is calculated on weight of equipment plus number of vehicles and journeys required for each event. We work out the cost of delivery based on the total value of the booking and the mileage charges below. These charges are calculated one way from our postcode to the delivery address postcode. To do this use the AA website www.theaa.com and input Devon Party Marquees postcode TQ12 5UQ into 'FROM' and then input the delivery address postcode into the 'TO' box. When you click the Get Route button the distance in miles will be calculated. For example if the total hire of your booking is less than 1000 and you are 47 miles away from our postcode the charge will be 47 - 20 FREE miles x 2.50 = 67.50 (in this example you would input 27 in the 2.50 delivery charge rate)
