All prices are based on a 24hr hire period.
Please note we deliver 1-3 days before the hire period, and collect 1-2 days after. We can not provide a specific delivery date and time until 7 days before the hire date.
For longer hire periods, such as county shows or festivals, please ask and we will be happy to provide a bespoke quote for your event.
Excluding the hard floor delivery is FREE on all other items within 20 miles of our postcode TQ12 5UQ. If the venue is further we will provide a delivery charge based on your order, number of vehicles used and travelling time.
We do not charge VAT!
Poleadion Marquee
New for 2013, the 60x60ft / 18x18m Poleadion is our Flagship marquee. Suitable for events with 150-200 seated, the Poleadion is a single large marquee. Its superior quality in both design and strength will shield your event from nearly all but the worst of the Britsh weather. For seating and standing guidelines read below ... 150 to 200 seated for Dinner & Dance - 250 seated for Dinner - 400 standing for music events with a stage - 450 seated in rows for school speech day. Capri Marquee
The Capri is our original marquee, it is very distinctive with lovely curved arches and pointy roofs. The Capri comes in 3 sizes and the two largest, 28x38ft and 28x28ft are modular, meaning we can join together and create much larger and more interesting structures. Please note from 2014 we will be replacing all our Capris and upgrading to the Trapeze marquee. Any enquiries for 2014 and beyond should refer to the Trapeze only. The seating capacities listed are approximate and indicative only, these will vary wherever additional equipment is added i.e. stage, dance floor, bar etc. See the Floor Plans in the resources page for what we recommend. To floor the Capri we use the popular Dandy Dura brand of matting. It is plain brown and looks similar to the coconut matting used in many traditional marquees. Marquee Packages
Below are a selection of marquee packages for a dinner & dance event, furniture is not included. Each package includes the recommended combination of marquee(s) to seat a set number of guests plus dance floor and space for bar. The packages will include the marquee(s), flooring, lighting and dance floor. We have not included furniture because every event is different in size and preference, you will need to add on furniture using the Tables & Chairs section in the prices page. If your event requires a catering tent we recommend the Matrix 20x20ft catering marquee package listed below. Another part of planning a marquee event is power supply. If you only have music and lighting and are close to a building we can supply 40m extension cables that plug into normal 13a sockets - these are free. Electrics
Single Phase 240v Depending on the size of your event, the 63A or 32A distribution board will safely supply power to the marquee. We will help to calculate your power needs and advise on which board is suitable. Each board can connect to either the mains supply or a generator. Please note: If the distribution board is to be connected to the mains supply then it is the hirers responsibility to organise connection by a qualified electrician.
