| Q: | When can I hire a party marquee? |
| A: | The party marquee season is between the months April to September. |
| Q: | On what surface can a marquee be installed? |
| A: | They can only be installed on grass. Not hard surfaces such as car parks, tarmac drives or tennis courts. |
| Q: | The marquees are hired out for a 24hr period - does that mean they have to be erected and taken down in the same day? |
| A: | No. We generally erect the marquees 1-2 days prior to the event, and take them down the day after. |
| Q: | Do the marquees come with walls? |
| A: | Yes. They can easily be attached or removed when desired. You will be shown how to do this. |
| Q: | Payment |
| A: | A non refundable deposit of 25% is needed to confirm the booking. The final balance is payable by cleared funds before or on the day of delivery. |
| Q: | Is there a VAT charge? |
| A: | No. |
| Q: | Is there a delivery charge? |
| A: | Yes. See charges on the website's calculator page. |
| Q: | Is there a labour charge? |
| A: | No. Erection and dismantling of the marquee(s) is included. |
